My Why.
The story behind hhc
In 2013, I was leading a small speech workshop. During introductions, I noticed something was missing—authenticity. I decided to try something different:
First, participants shared their thoughts (Head).
Next, they shared their feelings (Heart).
Finally, they expressed their desires (Core).
The energy in the room shifted instantly. Strangers became allies, and the workshop transformed into a collaborative, supportive space. I knew I had stumbled upon something powerful.
Since then, HHC has grown into a proven framework used by teams, leaders, and facilitators worldwide.
